On the blog in November: Ethical Shopping

A huge factor in the world of social justice that we haven’t talked about much here on the blog is shopping – our buying habits when it comes to clothing, food and beyond and how it affects the globe. From climate change to wages to human rights, the issues caught up in every little thing we buy go on and on. Kicked off tomorrow by a post on why major outdoor retailer REI is closing up shop for Black Friday, we’ll spend some time in November talking about why this topic is important and how you can make a difference, especially as the holidays approach. See you on the blog!
